HP ToolboxFX error message encountered an error and cannot recover

Hi,

On my laptop I wanted to install HP printer Laser Jet all in one. Installation was successful. Before restarting, test page was printed and it came up well. When I restart computer error message pop up. Laptop Soni Vaio Windows XP SP2

What should I do?

Hello,

 

Maybe the cause of the problem or error to your HP Toolbox –en-US from your laptop is there a corrupted system files to your HP, then try installing the latest version or upgrade and simply check the application if it’s suitable to your Sony Vaio Windows XP SP2. I suggest that you just simply uninstall  the HP and reinstall it again to your laptop make sure that you install perfectly and after installing the software simply restart your machine if it’s possible only, then try to look or search another software to your HP simply try on that.
