Hey friends,

I was using my HP Officejet 4500g-n All-in-One Printer when the HP Solution Center alerted me with an error message saying a parameter is null.

I took a photo of the error and pasted it below.

I’m totally lost on this one.

I wish someone can help me.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I see that you are facing a problem using your HP Officejet printer.

The possible solutions are listed below:

1. Uninstall the HP software from your computer. You can do this by going to Control panel and uninstalling the program. Then restart your computer and reinstall the software from the CD that is provided along with the printer.

2. If the above solution doesn't work, you can download this software > It is an update which fixes few errors of the HP Solution Centre.

Hope this helps you solve your problem.

Hi Dominique,

This is an error you get when your are building a software where in if you are using a RUNTIME SHARED LIBRARY (RSL) and your FLA files uses the same class.

However, if the FLA file and with all RSL items had not been updated it conflicts with the flash player memory on what class to use.

Updating the FLA file and RSL items should resolve the problem, you first need to recompile all FLA files. Other than that you can also check your codes if there are any unnecessary brackets on your coding.

Those are the things that need to be tackled however, if you are not creating any software that needs to call a printer from the program then you can reinstall the software of the printer and set up printer again.
