Hey everyone,

When I run hp remote diagnosis tool in firefox it will not display certain kinds of software. It will not display mainly the Microsoft office package. Is there any way to fix this?

Hello Arthur.

In order for HP Remote Diagnosis Tool to display softwares correctly, it must be updated to its last version.

In your case, I suggest you go to Control Panel, Uninstall a Program. Uninstall it first. Then access this link I have provided, download the latest version and install it.
