Hello experts,

My HP program printer had an error this morning and I tried to repair it somehow. I searched a bit in the setting and I found this Recovery Manager. The problem is that is giving me errors. This kind of error and I think that my printer is totally broken. Does anyone have any idea about what is happening with my printer? Why my HP printer is full of errors?

Thank you!

This problem happens when the software is installed on your computer for a long time and you haven’t touched it or reinstall it even once. This can also happen if you upgraded your operating system and can be fixed by reinstalling it. If you still have the installer, try reinstalling the software. Uninstall HP Recovery Manager then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and select Disk Cleanup.

Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files” and click OK. Click Delete Files to verify then restart the computer when it is finished. Install HP Recovery Manager back and see if it works. In case you no longer have its installer, you can download it again from HP Recovery Manager for Microsoft Windows 7. It supports Windows 7 [Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, or Starter] both x86 and x64 except for Starter edition, for x86 only.
