Hi,

Today I made an update to my Windows XP (X832) and when I try to open my printer this error message box appears. Also I made the updates to my printer drivers and nothing is happening. Does anyone in here can help me with my error please?

Thank you!

Hi Merrill,

Your HP Connection Manager Service has stopped working. A problem occurred there. Try System Restore before anything. If it’s not fixed, install this version of the Connection Manager. Here’s the download link: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58930.exe.

 Here is another solution:

1.     Uninstall all the printer device drivers.

2.     Restart your PC.

3.     Install the printer device drivers again.

If this does not solve your problem, take your PC to a service center.
