Hi, I am encountering a 0x3d55 error- “Package Family App runtime is corrupted” error when using skype on Windows 10. How can I fix this problem? I performed a disk check and file check, but it did not solve my issue.
Try out these methods to fix 0x3d55 error.
Method 1-
a. Press Windows + R.
b. Type cmd admin and press enter to open the command prompt as admin.
c. Type wsreset.exe in the command prompt admin and press enter.
d. Wait for the process to complete.
e. Restart your device.
f. Open Microsoft store and try to download your application.
Method 2
a. Press Windows + I.
b. Open Update & Security.
c. Go to troubleshoot.
d. At the bottom of the window, you will find Windows Store Apps.
e. Click on it.
f. Click on Run the troubleshooter.
g. After the process is complete, you can use Microsoft store.
