Hi, while updating windows, I got error windows to update error 8E5E03FA. Does anyone know what this error means and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Windows update error 8E5E03FA occurs due to due to improper removal of the previous version.
To fix this error follow the following steps:-
- Go to command prompt and select run as administrator.
- Then, type the command below in the command prompt,
“net stop cryptsvc”
- Once the sevice get completed, type cd to locate the path.
- Type the command given below
“CD windows\system32”
- Then, type “ren catroot2 catroot3”. Restart your computer.
