Hello guys, I have been facing an error 0x14c while trying to access my system files, I don’t know the cause of the error and steps to resolve it, please help me with the steps to fix it.

01x14c error commonly occurs when the system files are damaged. Sometimes, it also occurs due to invalid values in the Windows registry during incorrect installation or uninstallation of the software. It also happens when someone intentionally or unintentionally deletes the necessary windows files or values from the registry.
There are two methods to resolve the 0x14c error.
Method 1: Resolving the error manually.
• Step 1: Log on to the computer as an administrator.
• Step 2: Click on the start button, then go to all programs -> accessories, then click on the system tools, and then click on the system restore.
• Step 3: Click on the most recent system restore point from on this list, click on the restore point list, and next click on continue.
• Step 4: In the confirmation window, click on Next.
• Step 5: After completion of the restoration, restart your PC.
Method 2: Resolving the error automatically using the MyPC utility tool.
• Step 1: Download the MyPC utility tool from the browser.
• Step 2: Install it and click on the scan button.
• Step 3: After scanning, click on the fix errors button and restart your PC.
