I want to insert a signature in Outlook. Is it possible using the ribbons? Please provide the procedure. I am currently working on Outlook 2007.

How To Insert A Signature In Outlook 2007?


To add a signature to your Outlook follows the steps given below:-

  1. Open Outlook 2007.
  2. Click on New to compose a new message.
  3. Click on insert tab and select the signatures.
  4. Click on New button, and provide the signature.
  5. Uses edit the signature to change the font, color of the signatures.
  6. Click OK when all the settings complete.
