To get rid of the following random messages from a number ending 9120 – DCB_Association followed by some alphanumeric characters, you need to remove the payment method from Google Play –
a. On your android device, open Google Play Store
b. Open the menu from the top left corner.
c. Open Payment methods
d. Scroll down, and click on more payment settings.
e. You will reach the Google payment center page on your browser.
f. Give the login credentials for the account that you use on your phone if required.
g. Click on the Remove button to remove the payment method.
h. Restart your phone.
i. You will no longer receive these SMS.
