Hello, please find the below steps for my WD passport is not working is as follows:
• First you have to plug the external disk successfully.
• Next go to start and manually type devmgmt.msc and then press for enter.
• Later the device manger page is opened. Also look for some yellow marks there.
• Now you have to double click on disk drives and you can see the external HDD.
• Now restart the system to get the affects successfully.
