I have a WinRAR software that I have tried to extracted a certain zipped file but it tells me its broken, Is there a way I can fix broken files runing WinRAR for windows? Is it possible to extracts certain files in a broken zipped file? How can I achieve this?

If your download is broken using a Winrar there is no chance to fix it. The best way to solve it is to download it again, but if there is still the problem then the file your are downloading from the mirror is already broken.
 Reason for that is the file may contain malware or the materials that will harm your computer.  Just to be safe you have to find another mirror to download your file. Look for other site that you are downloading your file
