NOTE: Remember to backup your system registry before modifying it in any way.

Open the system registry and look for the registry tree find and open the section  [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon]

Once there delete the record "Userinit"="userinit.exe"

Apart from the record "Userinit"="userinit.exe" the following record may also be present on your PC:

Do not delete this record as your OS will become inefficient. BE CAREFUL!

Once again in the registry tree find and open the section [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerAdvanced]

Delete the record "ShowSuperHidden"=dword:00000001

Close the registry

Click on Start > Run > Enter explorer and click OK

In the partitions of the hard drive and all removable drives delete all files named autorun.*

Remove all files named autorun.* in the directory C:WindowsSystem32

Reboot your PC and that should do it.

I guess you get the  computer virus name AUTO.I suggest you using anti-virus software to killing them. Recommend you use kaspersky or 360 software.

Wow, thank you for the solution RichalleRipan.I typed regedit in the command prompt and located in  [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon]  and deleted "Userinit"="userinit.exe" .Then I located [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerAdvanced]  and deleted  "ShowSuperHidden"=dword:00000001. Next, I followed your step to click run explorer.exe and clicked ok. I already deleted all the autorun files in  C:WindowsSystem32. Thanks
