How to remove directory virus? I noticed some virus from my mobile phone contact directory for they are duplicating some contact information without my permission and also delete some files. Can you give me some way to resolve this issue; I cannot use my mobile phone now. I am using Samsung wave 525.

First you should know that Samsung wave 525 is not a windows mobile. Therefore, it cannot execute binary files (exe) that we normally run in windows. The problem you are talking about is particularly not associated with virus or firmware issues (bugs) but it is due to the reason you might be using both memory (phone and SIM) at the same time. If you choose one memory at a time and transfer the contacts to that only one memory, your problem should be solved.
If the problem persists, I suggest you to hard reset your mobile to resolve this issue. (Note: before resetting your mobile your must backup your contacts, messages, calendar entries that are stored on phone memory. Otherwise, all the data stored in the phone memory might be lost in the reset process.

I’m pretty much sure you might have copied same contact details on the phone memory and the sim card memory. Remove your sim card and insert another one and check it. If the issue persists do a master reset on your mobile.
