I had friend who wanted the same requirements as your except that he had a Panasonic CF-31, but I believe the solution will work for you too.
You need a special software for assigning commands for the rest of the hotkeys. The software you need is the Panasonic HotKey Appendix Software, which has a simple enough interface. But before you install the software you need to install the HotKey drivers and the Hotkey Setting Software, all available on panasonic's PC/Laptop portal
