If you are just trying to manage your database without changing your files and losing sound quality and also with all file names then there is a very easy way to do work on a Windows OS.Â
Â
You will be pleased to know that you can easily do this with Cowon Jet Audio.Â

Â
2) After installation a named Jet Audio will be created in your right click context menu. Navigate to that option.Â
Â
3) Now click on the Edit Tag to work with your sound files.Â
Â
4) Mostly supported files by Jet Tag Editor are .mp3, .wmv, .Wav etc.Â

5) You can also right click on multiple sound files to change the database at once.Â
