Some video files require QuickTime player to playback, and every time I try to play such movies an error message appear then I start to go through searching for an encoding software to make a Quicktime to real player conversion as I use Real Player as the universal video player.
Is there a software that is easy to fix this problem permanently?

In order to use your real player to be the universal video player on your desktop, just do this tip. Every time that you will have to watch a movie, just look at the icon of the media file first and identify if it is a Quicktime or a real player, if it is a QuickTime player default application you can do two ways. First, right click the file and choose open with > real player. The file extension with the chosen file, example my.avi, all the .Avi format of media files will be set to real player by default. Doing these steps with other file extension will monopolize the default program for real player. Another step is by right clicking the file and choosing its properties, change the opens with: option to real player and then set it to real player, same thing goes to the first step. Monopolize the file extensions and there you have it.
