Hi!

I am using the Millennium version of Lotus and I cannot link up workbooks. Although in Microsoft Excel this is very simple, in Lotus I can’t find the proper way to do it.

Please let me know if you’ve got any knowledge of how this operation can be done.

Hello there! It is very easy to link workbooks using lotus. It is just a matter of copy and paste. First, open the lotus file that you want to link to another workbook. Highlight the cells that you want to link and press Ctrl + C to copy it. Now, open the workbook where you are going to place the link. Highlight the cells where you want the link to appear and press Ctrl+V. You will need to right click the bottom right corner of the pasted data and select Paste Special. Check the Link box and that's it. Link done!
