This problem occurs when the internet connectivity between your console and other party members are failing. It is generally due to the incompatible Network Address Translation (NAT) types. You can try one of the following solutions.

First: You need to change your NAT settings on your console. Follow these steps.

Scroll left to open guide. From settings select All Settings. Now select Network.

Now, there are three types of NAT, and all have some pros and cons. If your NAT is not set to OPEN, you may be facing this issue. Select the NAT to OPEN and recheck to see if the problem has been resolved.

Second: You need to change the location of your Xbox. This fix is temporary but works well in most of the cases.

From settings select systems, now language and location. Now select the new Location other than the present one and restart the console.

If the problem persists then you must contact Xbox customer support.
