Hi Experts,

I want to install Chinese usb format tool.I tried to install it in my ms vista pc.A cd  was given with it but the instructions are complicated.Can anyone guide me step by step to install Chinese usb format tool.Thanks.

Hi,

Did you try to install the Tool? If so what was the problem you faced while installing? However, the Chinese USB format tool collected by you with a CD may be corrupted. You can also download the same from the respective site. You did not mention whether it was a compatibility issue or not. But I think it is compatible with the current configuration of your PC.

You mentioned that the instructions given by the company is complicated. You should mention the point you did not understand. You can get more easier way visiting their site. Try to install once again. I hope it will be ok.

Hello Jafet,

If you are installing the tool from a USB device, you might need to verify the following:

  • Check the USB device and ensure that it is not Write-protected, for that will prevent you from installing or even copying any data from the USB device successfully. You will need to remove Write-protection if the device has been Write-protected.
  • If you can access the install setup, you will need to locate the setup.exe file and then double click on it. That will start the installation process. In case it refuses or brings an error message, the setup could be corrupt.
  • Also try following the instructions in the CD that came with the tool.
