I want to ask about my web cam. This is specification of my laptop. Windows 7 32 bit My laptop Toshiba L310 I built in Chicony webcam web camera UVC 1.7 To capture images can be, but to capture the video there is a warning LOCKED BY ANOTHER APPLICATION I have updated its drivers still cannot I've reinstall the driver still cannot I've uninstalled YM etc.
Anyone knows a solution?

The cause of this issue is maybe the driver of your webcam it maybe corrupted or there’s a compatibility issue. Try to check on the internet if there’s available new driver and try it, you can also check the setting in your selective suspend by following  these steps:
Click the start button on your computer then drag your mouse cursor to the control panel. Click system Maintenance and then the Power options, as you can see, below is the selected plan just click on change plan settings, then change advanced power settings. Now click the USB settings and select the suspend setting and set together on battery and plugged in into disabled.
Take note: that this will actually reduce the battery’s life when using your Notebook.
Once done, just  restart your computer
