If you have anti-virus active if it deleted if it is download the file which you want to install, from a virus free source. It may help if you do not have the solution there is a final solution. You have to re-install your windows or make a new install (format the partition than install the windows again.

Most of the time error’s are occurred for losing or missing of your data that come with windows. So it is better to away from the partition where you installed windows mostly installed in the portion c or local disk c of your computer.

Thank you.

Runtime Error 339 is occurred when an. OCX file is missing from a software application that you are going to install in to your PC. You have to register the file manually and resolve the problem.

This is the way that I know to register the file manually in the run and when the:

  1. Click start.
  2. First type cmd in the search.
  3. When cmd.exe appears right clicks it and selects "Run as Administrator.
  4. Then type regsvr32 [filename you want] /u.
  5. After that you will receive a message saying the file has been unregistered. To that, Click OK.
  6. Then type regsvr32 [filename you want.
  7. Finally you will receive a message saying the file has been successfully registered.

I hope this will help.
