How to export a Microsoft Access forum to Google earth?
Dear Patty,
Have you ever heard of KML(Keyhole Markup Language). Basically the KML format is used for display geographic data in an Earth browser. If you want to export the discussion of MS Access to Google earth then you have to export it to a KML file first. Then you can manually start Google earth and import the KML file.
How to import KML file : First save your doc with a .kml extention.
Open Google earth
Click file
Click open
Select the KML file and open.

Hi Patty,
Â
To get your MS Access Data to Google Earth means you have to convert the data first so its readable to Google Earth.
Â
Here is a software that does the conversion for you.
Â
Its a Visual Basic script and you can also customize it to your own preference.
Â
The script is called access2Kml.Â
