I need to encrypt my .rar file which contains information about my project. I must store it on the only PC in our office and many employees use that PC. I don't want anyone to know about this secret project assigned by my boss. How can I encrypt a .rar file which has some MS Word files?

This will limit the access of the file to you only and the person you share the password with. Encrypting files will increase security and limits access.
