Hello programmers,

I am using Visio 2010 from last 2 months. I have drawn different types of IT diagrams. Visio is very good software to create UML diagrams. Now I want to draw ITIL diagrams in Visio 2010. I don’t know  how to draw itil diagrams in visio 2010. Please help me out and tell me in details all steps.
