I am a MAC user, and I regularly watch live videos like sports and TV shows on the internet, I want to download those videos when I am watching for to watch it again in my computer video player. I use RTMP streams, I want it to be downloaded into an FLV video file. Suggest me a software that compatible with MAC OS 10.7.

Hello Freddie,
 
Here is a software that allows you to download streaming videos from your favorite websites. The software is caller "FLV Downloader for Mac". 
 
Just install the program and launch it. Go to the video of your choice. Play it, and while playing, you will see a Download button on the top right corner of the video. Just click the download button to save the video to your MAC and its in an FLV format.
