I need to download the CSS Form Builder plug-in, but I couldn't find it. And also, I need to know how I can install it. What are the steps needed and how do I configure it on my system?

You did not mention what framework or software you are using. There could be multiple ways of doing it depending on the CMS framework you are using. I will be very specific, assuming that you are using WordPress. You can download Visual form Builder. Once you have downloaded it. You can follow these step below.
1. Go to Plugins; Add New
2. Click the Upload link.
3. Click browse and locate the visual-form builder file you have downloaded.
4. Click Install Now.
5. After WordPress installs, click on the Active Plugin link.
