I have an HP printer with the wireless function. I do not know how to turn on that feature and how do wireless printers connect to our devices like computers and mobiles?
The two easiest ways to set up a wireless printer connection are as follows:
1) Connecting the printer
• Firstly, place your printer within the range of the router.
• Now, turn on the printer.
• Next, make sure that the printer has a connection with your Wi-Fi router.
• Now, go to the Control Panel on your computer and click on Hardware and Sound > Add Device, and choose the printer from the list.
• Install the hardware drivers, if prompted.
• Now, you can easily print from your laptop through a wireless connection.
2) Printing from the Android
• You have to use Google Cloud Print for this purpose
• Open the Chrome menu on the desktop that has the printer connection. Then go to Show Advanced Settings.
• Click on the Manage button under Google Cloud Print option.
• Next, click on Add printers, and you will see a list of connected devices. Check the printer you are using and click on ‘Add Printers’.
• Now, you can download the Google Cloud Print app on your Android device from the Play Store.
• After the installation completes, you can easily print from your Google Cloud Printers by the use of any app that supports printing.
