I just downloaded a theme to make cute screen on iPhone. How do I install the theme? I have the 32 GB iPhone 4 that has the Apple A4 chipset, 1 GHz Cortex-A8 CPU, PowerVR SGX535 GPU and iOS 6.1.2. Thanks.

You are maybe having a problem of not seeing you’re the app after you install or that might be one of the cases besides not being able to install because the app is not available in your region. Here is what you do; Hope your application icon in your iTunes is checked. If not go to the general iTune settings, scroll down and check the application box. Close it after checking and reopen your iTunes. At the side, you will then be able to see application where you will click open and install.
Secondly you might be having a problem of location. That is some applications are not available in some locations. You may see the application but to install may be a problem saying you need to purchase at your location. What you need do is to download it from another country’s iTunes. Go to your iTunes account and log out if you were logged in. There after scroll downwards and click to change country where you will select the flag of United States. You can search the application you want to install. You will then be required by iTunes to sign in of which rather create a new account than signing in with the existing you had and use a different email address and select none under method of payment. You will then be sent a verification link to the email of which you will click and you are done to start downloading even those not available in your country.

To install the theme you downloaded on your iPhone, you need to download first "WinterBoard" this is an iPhone app where you can activate all themes that you downloaded. You can download this app in "Cydia" then install it to your iPhone. You can also download some amazing themes in Cydia. I am actually using this app to my iPhone.
If your theme is not applied even you activate it in WinterBoard, don't worry you just need to change its mode to "SummerBoard Mode" because some themes are created in different modes. You can see this mode inside of WinterBoard.

Try the following steps to change your iPhone theme:
1. Press the "Home" button. Swipe your finger across the "Slide to unlock" command to unlock the device.
2. Navigate to your "Settings" icon. Tap it to open it.
3. Select the "Wallpaper" tab. The wallpaper tab will open the home and lock screen.
4. Tap your home and lock screen, a prompt will appear where you want the picture to be displayed.
5. Select wallpaper or album for a picture you want to display on your screen.
6. Navigate the photo you what to set as your theme, tap it once.
7. Press Set
8. Select Home screen to set for home theme and select Lock screen for background theme.
