How do I add data in product inventory system?

I have an E-commerce website and I recently installed Oracle E-Business Suite.  I'm using the Perpetual Inventory Method to often update automatically as my website gets too much traffic.  Now here's my problem, why can't I manually add data in product inventory system?  I use Windows XP and IE7.  Thanks.
