Hello friends,

How to create a web page in publisher 2010?

There are some suggestion from my friends to use Microsoft Publisher 2010 in creating a web page or website, but I don’t have any experience with Ms Publisher 2010, would you mind giving me ideas and insights about this?

Thanks and Regards,

Christine Turner.

Hi Christine Turner

Microsoft has abandon the website building methodology in publisher

It just started deprecating it in publication 2010.

You can create single web page now instead of website.

But there is an alternative method to create and publish website in publisher.

You have to create an empty folder on your desktop.

Open a website you have created before in MS publisher.

Open your home page from pages you have created before.

You have to go to the file menu and select “save as”

Now browse your folder which you have been created on the desktop.

Now you set “save as” type to “web page”

Now set your new file name as “index.html”

Click on save button

After doing this you are ready to upload them on your web address through ftp or CPanel.

I hope you’ll get the trick of alternate method. Enjoy working and Good Luck!

Hello Christine Turner,

MS Publisher 2010 has stopped this service, but you can still rearrange your existing web pages in MS Publisher 2010, and you can use this publisher by downloading a template from here.

It will be helpful to you, and you will see more options on the Microsoft official page

Thanks,

Max
