Is Sharepoint nested tasks possible? I want to organize my tasks and schedule. There are a couple of tasks that still have subtasks. Please guide me on how to create Sharepoint nested tasks. Thanks.

Technically speaking SharePoint does not allow you nested tasks however you can follow either of the actions which will lead you to almost same result like nested tasks:
Option 1 –
1. First define groups (sub classification) like Drinks, cold drinks, juices and later in to coffee, tea as cold drinks or lemon juice, orange juice as juices etc.
2. Include these groups in columns,
3. Set up the groups to view these columns.
Option 2 –
1. Create two separate lines (on a same site only),
2. Link these lines via options like look up.
