Hi. I am a student. I recently prepared a PowerPoint presentation as an assignment. Now, my teacher wants me to convert the presentation into a video and present it to her again. I have no idea about the steps though. How to convert PowerPoint 2007 to video? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.
Hi. To learn how to convert PowerPoint 2007 to video, first open the presentation in MS-PowerPoint which needs to be converted to a video. Then, select the office option and click on save as option. In the dialog box that appears, browse the location where the converted file needs to be saved. Then, from the Save as type menu, select the .jpg format. Then, a dialog box will appear asking you if a single slide is to be converted or the entire presentation. Click on every slide. Click on OK and close MS-PowerPoint. Then, open Windows Movie Maker. In that, click on file and then select the Import into collections option. Then the import file dialog box will appear. Go the folder where each slide has been saved as a .jpg image and open the folder and then select all the images which have been stored there.
Then, click on import option to add all the slides. Music can be added too by clicking on the add music option and then browsing the audio file which is to be inserted and click on import. The settings of the audio too can be adjusted by right-clicking on the track. Then, click on save to my computer option from the finish movie menu. Give a name to the movie and select the location where it needs to be saved. Click on next. Then, click on finish.
