I am having a dls booster which needs to be connected to my pc. Can anyone advice me on how to connect cable dls booster to pc?There are no clear instructions given with the pack. Thanks.

Switching from the Internet connection to a Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) are totally different for the two modems because dial-up modem is internal to the PC and the DSL modem is external which must be connected with special networking cables.
Below are the instructions given to connect to the PC:
1. Switch off both the connections before attaching and removing cables to avoid network configuration conflicts.
2. Connect the Ethernet cable to the modem where the rear end of the DSL modem should feature a wide modular port. If the modem has more than one port, use the one labeled "PC" or "LAN." Either end of the Ethernet cable features a plastic modular plug with a small plastic clip. Now insert one end of plug into the port and other end to your PC.
3. Now locate the Ethernet port in your PC and insert the loose end of the cable. If your PC does not have the port, you can get the Ethernet adapters and install it.
After the installation, follow the instructions provided by your DSL Service Provider.
