How can I turn off spoken email notifications in Samsung Galaxy S3?

Hallo Experts!

I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 which I have only used for a few weeks. I happened to have activated spoken email notifications without my prior thought. I have tried tirelessly to turn off the notification but apparently I cannot figure it out. Kindly assist me so that I can have it turned off? Thanks a bunch.

Hey Michael, Hello there.

Ahhh so you got a  Samsung galaxy S3, so the problem is you don't like your phone talking to you, well then you need to do some changes in your settings. Goto Settings>Voice Input & Output>Text to Speech Settings> here you should turn off the Driving mode option or you can go inside this option and choose to disable the specific services you mentioned.
