I'm using computer from last 7 years, suddenly my computer's much pointer vibrating. I use Norton registered antivirus, I'm sure my computer doesn't contain any virus. But I don't what's the problem, why much pointer is vibrating, If possible give me a solution.
Hearing your words I think your PC is old configuration PC. Sometimes You can face this kind of problem this problem is occurred for having old processor. Your processor clock speed might not well. Your Processor's L2 cache is low. I think for this you are having this kind of problem.
You might check your mouse. There might have some problem in your mouse. If you have old mouse then change it. You can buy optical mouse. If your mouse is optical then change into new one. If you have still any problem then Change your windows. You can resetup your windows. Changing your windows will help you. Or go to the Start>Settings>Control panel>Mouse.Â
There is tab named Buttons There is phrase of double click speed, increase it into fast. Then go to the tab named Pointer option there is a phrase of motion . Increase it into fast. Then go to the next tab named wheel change the value into 10 or above . I think you will be helpful from this answer.

First try to use your mouse in another mouse pad. Use mouse in a pad that is white and not much reflective like glass.
If it doesn't work BUY A NEW MOUSE
