Hi,

This error can be solved in the following ways

1)    Run remove office

"Remove Office" is an application found in the Microsoft Office Additional Tools folder. "Remove Office" removes both preference files and custom templates

Then Run repair permissions

To use Repair Permissions: Open Disk Utility in your Applications/Utility folder. Click on the First Aid tab and select Repair Permissions Click on the icon for your boot volume. Click the repair permissions button.

Install from your CD and apply all updates. Restart and then run Repair Permissions again.

2) Create a new entourage identity and set up your mail account .When the email address is verified and you received the mail. Switch to older identity which created a problem .Now it will work fine.

3) Delete the old mails in your outbox. Whenever you send  any mail entourage will try to send all the old mails in the outbox.

4) Remove the semicolon in your outgoing server name.

Dear Willie,

If Microsoft Entourage is showing the error message, you have to verify and rebuild the Entourage Database. This type of problem can occur especially when the Entourage database file has become damaged. To fix this problem, you can start from the beginning. At first rebuild the Entourage database and create a new identity. Then create a new data folder of Microsoft user, repair disk permissions. Start Entourage and check out if it is showing the error message or not and if it fails then test an application. But it is better if you create a new user account.

Thank you.
