How can I Restore my Computer?

Hi,

I was using Windows XP and it was good at the first time, However, Now I cannot use my Windows XP and it has many problems. Actually, I want to restore my Windows XP and want to use it like earlier date. If anybody help me to restore my system I would be grateful.

How can I Restore my Computer?

Yes this is the right way to use this option.

Start—>Programs—>Accessories—>System Tools—> System Restore. You can restore your system to any previous date where your system has made backup.

You can also optimized its storing features via Right Click on My Computer on Desktop then Select Properties then selecting first tab on top System Restore.

How can I Restore my Computer?

Go to start>all programs>accessories>system tools> then select system restore

then you have 2 choose between restore my computer to an earlier time or create a restore point

select restore my computer to an earlier time, then click next

Scroll back to the date you wish to restore to then click next.
The computer will start to shutdown, then it will restart by itself and automatically proceed restoring to the previous date

How can I Restore my Computer?

Thanks for sharing your problem with us.

Dear it is so easy to restore your computer to an earlier time.

For this, click on start button then click on all programs and then choose accessories.

In accessories choose system tools and then click on system restore.

When you will click on system restore. This window will open.

In this window choose these highlighted items. Press next.

One more window will open.

Here you will see a calendar in this picture. You can select only those dates to restore which are bold written.

Select desired restoration date and press next and then finish. It will restart your computer after restoring some files.

How can I Restore my Computer?

If you want to restore your computer to a previous date, you need to perform a system restore and that is easy but it will depend on the availability of restore points created on your computer. To restore a computer to a previous date, a restore point is required. By default, your machine automatically creates restore points or system checkpoints.

To perform a system restore on your computer, click “Start,” “All Programs,” “Accessories,” “System Tools,” and then “System Restore.” On the next screen, select “Restore my computer to an earlier time” then click “Next.” On the next screen, select a date and check if there is a restore point available. Dates that have available restore points are normally highlighted on the calendar.

If restore points are available, select one then click “Next” and then follow the instructions. Restart your computer if you are prompted.
