How can I print file from ms access?

I  made a database of account receivable using MS Access as my database.

When I click the print button it’s not working my printer model was Epson 1000 ICS All-in-One Printer Ink.

I already uninstalled the drivers and checked for its status.

Is there a default in the MS access options that I have to change?

Hi Sophia,

Is there any error message appearing when you're trying to print via Access?

Hello Sophia

First of all, you must be sure that your Epson driver is compatible with the OS that you are using. Click on the link that I provided you with, and download the proper driver. Epson 1000 ICS All-in-One Printer or Epson driver download

After you have installed your driver, be sure that the printer is recognized by Windows. Right-click on My Computer, and click Properties. And in the left, go to Device Manager. In there, Right-click and select Scan for Hardware Changes. Your printer should be listed there now.

Now, go to Microsoft Access and click on the Microsoft Office Button, and click Print. In the Print dialog box, select your printer, and every feature you want regarding the printing process.

I hope you will find this information useful.
