My Microsoft Store is not working. My PC runs on Windows 10, and when I open Store to download apps, it shows a screen that says, something went wrong at MS’s end, wait for some time with error code – 0x80131500. It’s been two days that the error persists. Help me!

Method 1

a. Search Region in the Windows Search menu, and open Region Settings.

b. Set the region to your current location. If the setting points to your current location, change it to the US, UK, or Canada.
c. Restart your device, and try to use MS store.

Method 2

a. Press Windows + R.
b. Type inetcpl.cpl, and press enter.
c. Open the Advanced tab.
d. Find TLS 1.2 on the list.

e. Enable it.
f. Save the changes.
g. Restart your computer, and open MS Store.
