Hi! Is there anyone out there who knows where I can get HIP free remote control program? My remote has failed to work completely due to corrupted software. I have not been able to find the software for download to be able to use my remote again. Kindly offer your assistance.

ByRemote, the developer of the HIP is offering a free remote access utility on its web page and it is probably the best solution for your problems. Visit the http://www.byremote.com.au and under the Download section you will find a bundle of utilities including the one for remote access.
