Someone told me the server 2012 terminal services manager has been discontinued. Is it true? If yes, please explain to me how I can access it.
That information is only partly true. Actually, the Terminal Services role was renamed Remote Desktop Services in 2008 or 2008 R2. It has the same role, different name, new features. You had to purchase CALs before, the same holds true now, even on 2012. The Remote Desktop Services manager now resides in Server Manager on 2012 and that's how you manage the role. Hope this helps.
