Dear Experts,

I want to transform a still image into an animated image with morphing effects. But I am stuck in the middle of choosing a right tool which would help me to achieve this.

Can anyone suggest me what is a powerful tool to do gif morphing?I am also looking for a tutorial on how to create a morphing GIF?

Please provide me the appropriate details.
