Help needed with Adobe Frame Maker

“FrameMaker could not find Adobe PDF printer instance, which must be installed to execute Save as PDF command.”

Recently, I installed the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. I went to Frame Maker to create a PDF document. It crashed with the above error. I have issues in using Save as PDF option and on research I found that it is due to some Distillers. I tried installing the updates to find a solution for this issue. Nothing helped. I use Frame Maker 8.0 and running Windows XP.
Do you have any suggestions to resolve this error?

Hi friend,

“FrameMaker could not find Adobe PDF printer instance”This is not a big problem. The best way to solve error is to replaces this version of FrameMaker and replaces this software with its new version.

If you have virus then remove it first. There is another reason that may be your computer is corrupted with virus. So need to use updated antivirus and scan full computer. When you have done with it then use some data recovery software for recover your lost data.    

Other option is to install fresh copy of FrameMaker from its installation CD or DVD. This will help you to recover this problem. if you don’t have CD of FrameMaker then collect FrameMaker from internet.
