I was just visiting some sites and downloaded something erotic, now I thought it was something good but I was mistaken because it is actually a trojan. Now, there was a notification to download antivirus 360, and unfortunately it was actually the virus itself! How can I uninstall this program? I have important files on my PC and don't want to lose them all! Thanks techyv.com

At first go to your control panel try to uninstall it. If it is not working you must use an antivirus .
You should try Norton 360 antivirus software to remove that. You said that it shows “Download antivirus 360”
If it still persists then I think you should install windows again immediately because maximum intruder use Trojan to infiltrate PCs. This Trojan will send a message to the intruder which password and username you are using.

2) Now, you have to update your database.

Firstly, please take a backup of your all possible important files.
This happens when you download files from untrusted websites.
Please go to control panel and from add/remove softwares, remove that particular tool safely.
If it cannot be removed, restart your system and try again.
Still not removed, find where it is installed on the hard disk and delete it from hard disk.
Please install a good antivirus software on your system so that it will prevent you or warn you before downloading and installing such tools.
