I recently downloaded a video in avi format. When I play the video on VLC Media Player Version 2.0.5, it says "You need to install LogMeIn video decoder". I already have logmein installed. It has audio but no video. I need help in logmein avi codec windows 7 x64.

You have to download ffdshow CODEC plugin for your video player. After download installs it & configure it for avi. Usually avi files are playable in VLC but some avi files need to configure ffdshow CODEC to play. There is an image,
