Hardware Problem while formatting computer
You can try running in safe mode, in most cases it can be solved in safe mode. Another way is to check whether the keyboard and mouse option is turned on in bios, if turned off turn it on so that the problem can be solved. If you have still problems with the USB keyboard and mouse, copy these three files from your pc (Window’s USB drivers):
1. C:WINDOWSsystem32 file- Hccoin.dll
2. C:WINDOWSsystem32drivers can give you the following files
a. Usbehci.sys
b. Usbhub.sys
c. Usbport.sys
3. Copy them to their respective locations via floppy or cd by booting to an MS-DOS prompt
4. Once you have them copied the files USB keyboard and mouse will start working.
