I have gone through the specification of Haier W718 IP67 Smart Phone Android 4.0 which costs around 160$. Is that cost effective, Is there any other phones apart from Haier phones have this specification and which will have low cost comparatively as that of Haier W718 IP67 Smart Phone Android 4.0.

I would like you to go for Samsung or HTC rather than Haier W718 IP67. If you are able to spend few more bucks in this range then you can go for Samsung or HTC. This Haier model is not effective at its mentioned cost, you can get some problems from this phone. I would like you to go for Samsung Galaxy Note in this specifications.
