Hi,
Let me help you. First of fall just check your usb cable. I will suggest you that change the usb cable and it will resolve your problem. There was a issue about the cables. If it not solve your problem try this. Just click on usb connection and make it to a sub usb storage. Now you will se the memory card of your mobile. If it doesn’t work try this. Check your usb drivers in your Pc are they working ok. Hope these solution will resolve your problem.
