Hi there,

Google Wallet is certified in my country and I know this because I have verified the list of countries on the Internet. Why this error appears on my iPad ? I have activated my location and I don’t know why is not recognizing it.

Thank you !

Not supported

Unfortunately, Google Wallet has not yet been certified in your country or on your device carrier.

I’m not sure if you can do something about this. If your country is not supported then it is not supported. Maybe you overlooked and thought your country is already supported but it is actually not. I think the availability of Google Wallet depends on the application you are using. If you’ll be using the Google Wallet Android app on your Smartphone, I guess you cannot use it on other countries because it is only available in the United States at the moment.

But if you’ll be using Google Wallet on your desktop PC, it is available in more than 125 countries. Check the partial list of countries below to know if your country is supported.

  • Albania
  • Algeria
  • America Samoa
  • Angola
  • Antigua and Barbuda
  • Argentina
  • Armenia
  • Aruba
  • Australia
  • Austria
  • Azerbaijan
  • Bahamas
  • Bahrain
  • Bangladesh
  • Barbados
  • Belarus
  • Belgium
  • Belize
  • Benin
  • Bermuda
  • Bolivia
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina

This is only a partial list of all the countries that is supported in Google Wallet. You can find the complete list at Google Wallet Available Countries. Google Wallet is a mobile payment system created by Google that lets the users save credit cards, debit cards, loyalty cards as well as gift cards.

It can also use NFC or Near Field Communication to make the payments secure, fast, and convenient by merely tapping the phone on any PayPass-enabled terminal during checkout.
